How To Use Multi-faceted Swarovski Sphere Crystals In Feng Shui

This particular Feng Shui cure originated from Professor Lin Yun’s BTB School. It was created as a means to offer simple, yet profound ways in how to shift the vibrational energy of a home. He shared several reasons for their use and below are a couple of them.  You’ll need a multi-faceted Swarovski sphere crystals that is either  20 mm, 30 mm or 40 mm. Typically the size of the crystal depends on its intended use, along with the size of the room.

The multi-faceted Swarovski sphere crystal help stop beneficial Qi from sweeping away. Imagine the rushing energy moving like water and when it meets the crystal, the energy spreads throughout the room and home more evenly vs sweeping ‘in and out.’ Typically, the crystal is hung from the ceiling by a 9 inch red string, positioned mid-way between the door and window.

In Tibetan Tantric Buddhism, they practice the “Rainbow Body Meditation," which adopts the rainbow color spectrum into the mind and body to help improve physical health, spirituality, better judgment, and increase personal virtues - patience, compassion, etc. Essentially, this is what the Swarovski crystal is doing. As the natural sunlight filters through the crystal sphere, it captures rainbow light and beams it into your home. This can be felt even more, if you choose to hang the crystal from the window.

Important!! When hanging your crystal sphere, please DO NOT hang it in direct alignment with the sun rays on the window. This could generate enough heat to start a fire. So, instead, you could place the round crystal near the window where there is indirect sunlight or position the crystal further away from the window. This goes the same for when setting up Feng Shui mirrors for the inside and outside of your home.

Before you implement this cure, you need to clear and energize your crystal. How in-depth you go with this is up to you. For me, I’ll smudge the crystal with ceremonial White Sage, blessed with holy water, state the intention for its use, and let it rest on the window sill for 24 hours to sunbathe and charge up. After that, I’ll move they crystal to the location within my home that requires its assistance of energy enhancement, protection, or deflection.

When hanging your Swarovski sphere crystal, in BTB Feng Shui it’s recommended you do so from a red 9 inch cut string or ribbon. This is another layer of protection and enhancement.

If you can’t or don’t want to use a large 30 mm - 40 mm crystal, choose the smaller 20 mm crystal. It’s the intention behind its use and the ritual of clearing, energizing and implementing, that enriches the energy for positive change.

Finally, crystals need to be recharged, especially if you are placing them in dark corners or shadowy places. With that in mind, a good time frame to remember for recharging the crystals energy field is at least once a year. I know of some clients who recharge their crystal(s) once a month or every 3 - 6 months. It really depends on your unique situation for its use.

Hi Laura... well, I am a fan of Swarowski crystal... whether I'd go to all the trouble to hang one... I just don't know. But I will definitely give it some thought.

I love Swarovski crystals.  And, I have several hanging in a window in my dining area!
