After hiking the Zuma Canyon Trails, I made a quick pit stop by the Malibu Piers on the PCH (Pacific Crest Highway). Finding parking near the pier around 1pm was challenging! But with patience and persistence, a space opened up.
I didn't have much time to explore, but what I did come to understand, the pier is home to the Malibu Farm Restaurant & Bar (located at the beginning of the pier) and the Malibu Farm Pier Cafe (located at the end of the pier). The food aromas coming from both locations where pretty intriguing! Not to mention, both places provide ORGANIC food and drinks.
If you wish not to eat, and simply walk the pier, its great for that as well. You could relax and sit on the bench while soaking up the sun solo or meet up with family and friends. Fishing is another common activity among pier goers. And if you wish to take a memorabilia home with you, a gift store is also located at the end of the pier.
