Gifts of Appreciation
I know that most people had the same difficulty. Choosing just a few people from all the incredible fellow Activerainers has been one difficult task. I chose two, both of whom are very special to me and have provided me with help, inspiration and encouragement.
Jo-Anne Smith-Belleville, Quinte and Prince Edward Region Real Estate, Ont.
, who founded the Inspiration Group as well as Heritage Homes and The Localism Success and Accountability Groups has astounded me with her beautiful, poetic writings which make you feel as if you are right there, seeing everything through her eyes. She is a true Inspiration with her posts that are enlightening and insightful. Jo has also become a personal friend as well and always has time to offer her insights and knowledge which has helped many people as well as myself. She is a truly generous spirit in the rain.
I would also love to acknowledge Jeff & Grace Safrin-SpousesSellingHouses REALTORS, F.C.Tucker Company, Indiana . When posting about a concert and being the most "untechy" person anyone would ever NOT want to come across, Grace offered her help in teaching me how to post You Tubes into my blogs. She spent a great deal of time with me on the phone-and in follow up emails and taught me for the first time that I AM capable of learning new computer related things. This is not a big thing for some people, but it was (and is) huge to me. And it gave me so much encouragement that I went on to sign up for classes in learning more about computers. It is impossible for me to post a You Tube without sending that lovely person many blessings for her help, kindness and PATIENCE
To the both of you and the many, MANY more activerainers who have always jumped in to lend a hand (or an ear), I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Carole - I'm very familiar with Jo, what a wise & caring sould she is. I'm not so Jeff & Grace but what a very nice gesture to them, Grace specifically for helping you with YouTube. Never an easy task to name a precious few, but I'm certain both parties are very appreciative of your kind words.

Your beautiful post brought a tear to the corner of my eye. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your very kind words and thoughts and for always being there for me and everyone else on AR too. I value you and our friendship beyond measure.
Grace is a beautiful person and I agree with you completely. She has a heart a mile plus wide and I treasure the person she is. How very fortunate we are to have met her here in the rain and now count her amongst our friends.
Thank you for being you and for all that you do to add so much light and love everywhere you go....

Carole... what a classy and generous way to acknowledge other ARers who are important to you. I am sure they are touched by your thoughfulness and caring (which are 2 personality traits in short supply in the world today). Way to go!

Carole.... these are two good picks also.... I don't get to read all of their stuff, but I do know that they contribute some good stuff and that they are helpful.

Wow Carole - I am honored, Thank you kindly - I'm glad I could encourage you ....and yet don't think that taking time ( I felt you caught on very fast :) to share something I've learned is anything more than PAYING IT FORWARD - because I could not narrow down a post too just 2 people on AR ( although your inspirational and postiive posts along with Jo-Annes would certainly rank top :)

Carole - It is a wonderful thing when we discover people we can relate to; of your picks I know that JoAnne is very giving and I too appreciated all she has done. And I am sure Jeff and Grace are also terrific.

Julie, We have a bunch of wonderful people, you included but this is a very specific contest to pay it forward---and I tried to do that.
Carole- I am re-reading all the Posts now for the final part of the judging.....I just want to say this.....I hear in your comments a strength. A strength that you got from overcoming something, and realizing that it really was about paying it foreword.....You are a wonderful person, and I am so glad that you did this.
