Congratulations on your interview with Realtor.com. Love the article - and I follow all of the principles described in the article except for the toilet seat which we always leave up. Maybe it's time to change that habit.

Clutter and toilet seats are on the road to trouble, but greenery in the bedroom... I did not know.  Laura Cerrano you know your stuff.  My girlfriend's apartment has open beam ceilings and she says those are a no no also.
