What Is a Fast and Easy Way to Feng Shui Your Home or Office?

In feng shui, the use of vibration through objects/artwork, colors on your wall, textures in your furnishings and smells all play a role in energy flow. Playing music (also known as sound healing) is a great and easy way to shift the energy vibration within your home or office instantly.

What is sound healing? Sound Healing is the art of therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body/mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health. Each organism has its own vibratory rate. Every object in the universe has its own unique resonant frequency.

The subtle sound of music could offer a supportive energy anchor. Classical or Jazz are the usual basic go-to's. Some people may use drumming, chants, singing bowls or other "mystic" instruments for sound healing. Yet, in an everyday practical situation, tuning the radio to a Classical or Jazz station could be a great and easy way to shift the energy instantly within your home or office.

Laura Cerrano often when I'm feeling over whelmed or over stressed at work I put on some soothing"elevator" type music that really helps me relax.
