2016 Blizzard on Long Island New York

So what was the big news this weekend across most of the east coast? Our first (maybe last?) 2016 blizzard. This one hit Long Island pretty strong, while also bringing some wonderful opportunities to get work done, perhaps be creative and have a day to just be.

In the next couple of days, I'll be sure to enjoy the snow and tap into my inner child by sledding and snowshoeing. It would be safe to say, this is also a great opportunity to capture some amazing photographs.

This photo may be a bit hard to see. I took it around 5am this morning. To see it in person was simply refreshing.

Please feel free to share your snowy photos!

Hi Laura Cerrano , That's a lot of snow, for your area.  Be careful outside playing in the snow.
