Motivational Monday: Stop The Looping Cycles

 Stop The Looping Cycles

We all do this consciously or sub-consciously in different segments of our lives. Looping situations that include people or events which create a feeling of unhappiness. Much of this comes down to a series of choices we have agreed to time after time. To break this cycle, try creating a new vision or point of reference on what you are experiencing. Intimate relationships are a common example of this. If you date people who are not adding value to your life, take a look in the mirror and ask, do I value myself? Am I taking care of myself? etc.. Any type of change starts with you shifting your perspective and awarness of self. That will then begin to break the looping cycle.

Laura, always work on improving yourself, and the people you hang with!!  Find successful folks to surround yourself with,  and do what they do!

Laura- You do have to look at who you have in your sphere.  We see that in people who continue to find themselves in bad relationships.

I know a few people that just won't stop their cycle of negative habits yet they complain that nothing ever changes. Yeah, nothing changes because they don't!

The only thing we have the power to change is ourselves - our attitudes and our behavior. If we don't make the effort, the loops continue looping.

Interesting post.  Looping is not much different than trying to live life through a rear view mirror
