Inspiration for the day Aug 17 2012

"Worrying will not change the outcome of anything but just add stress to your life and that will eventually take it's toll on you and your body."

Think on this one and live with love and light!

Wellness,

Worry Less... Worrying will not change the outcome of anything but just add stress to your life and that will eventually take it's toll on you and your body.
Smile More...
You will feel better and make others feel better around you.
Accept Criticism...
Criticism is what makes us better, listen to what other say about you and fix the negatives.
Take Responsibility...
You will feel more powerful and others will see you with more respect throught their own eyes.
Listen and Love...
Life is not about yelling and telling... It's about listening, being there for someone and loving them.
Don't Hate...
Hate will get you no where in life.  Love all, respest all and help all.
Embrace Change...
The ONLY thing that stays to same is "Change",  Don't fight it, invite it into your life with open arms.
Feel Good Anyway...
We have two feelings in life,  Good or Bad... Might as well feel good in life.  It feels good to feel good.
