Here we go! Round two for "art in the park" on the village green in Farmingdale New York. This is the second year Laura Cerrano of Feng Shui NY Long Island participated in the local event selling and educating individuals about Feng Shui and art. Oh what fun! fun! A perfect Saturday activity (and something besides football! LOL!) Your booth is welcoming & inspirational, and looks like perfect, beginning of fall weather, too!
Looks like so much fun - and a great opportunity to show both your gifts! :)
Hello Laura and being a artist I love these types of events!
VB ;)
Laura, it looks like fun. If I'd known about it ahead of time I'd have loved to come by.
Hi Laura... it looks like a great way to spend the day. And it's nice to see the weather cooperated with the festival!
Mara, it really was a lot of fun. I met some fellow young inspiring artist and we discussed for the future coming together for a group show. Last year there were more, well say marinated artists :) It was really nice to have some "young guns" in the area :)
Liz, It was really interesting because the lucky cat caught the attention of every child walking around. Most know what the lucky cat stood for. I learned that there is also a Korean version :)
Robert, It is not just an opportunity to sell work but to just see what are some new trends, traditional trend, as one person called my work "wild" hahaha :)
Geri, that would have been so great to see you, perhaps with another local event, I'll keep you posted :)
Steve, they planned this well in advance but you never know. So far for the past two years this event had great weather, the only thing was the wind. We all took a bit of a hit at our booths...all our stuff blowing around haha :)
Art in the Park, in Farmingdale, is a great place to see local artists spotlighting their work.
Hi Laura, I love going to theses events, I hope it turned out well for you! I've visitied your website and you are a very talented painter :)
Laura - The event appears to have been delightful for those who were able to attend! I can almost hear the music from here:-) Some of the artwork looks amazing!
Craig, you bet, met some awesome folks yesterday and now potential new friends :)
I hope you had a great time and made a lot of new contacts -- friends, business, etc.
