Speechless Sunday: Tower of Toilet Paper by Feng Shui NY Long Island consultant
Today was a great Feng Shui consultation on the Upper East Side by Central Park in New York City. This two bedroom apartment emanated some great energetic vibes. The Feng Shui consultation with Danny was particularly focused on enhancing his knowledge about Feng Shui and providing confirmation for his thoughts on how to set up his new apartment. Danny had what we like to refer as, "Intuitive Feng Shui".
One room that particularly stood out was his bathroom. As I entered into the Manhattan apartment bathroom all I could do was laugh :) Do you notice anything interesting in the bathroom, perhaps in the corner?

Danny's son took it upon himself to create "The tower of Toilet Paper!" as he called it :) I love working with children because they are always learning, creating, playing and having fun at the same time.
Since we are on the topic of bathrooms and Feng Shui here are some simple friendly Feng Shui reminders. It is a great idea to have plants in the bathroom to help off-set any excess drain energy. With any space do you best to organize and be sure to take care when decorating the bathroom as well. Think spa like or in Danny's case playful :)

Danny may be on to something ... it made you laugh and it is memorable! So unless there is some "Stephen King" moments - visitors may walk away with a smile and pleasant memory .... may not be a deal maker ... but how folks feel about a place is as imortant as how it may look.
Jack, great point! if you are staging and pre-paring a home to sell, you need to take the tower of toilet paper down and make it a neutral space and pleasant space to view...but if you are living in that space, such as Danny and his family, then by all means have fun with decorating :)
And also think ahead. They are never going to run out of toilet paper.
Jane that is right! fully stocked and some :)
Laura, that is VERY funny! And I really like the term "Intuitive Feng Shui". Pretty cool and a great way of describing your art!
Hi Laura... this is such a NYC scene. When space is at a minimum, people get very crative with storage!
HAHA!! Danny is pretty darn creative! Love the picture - it really made me smile and giggle! Kids definitely have a way of doing that!
That was hilarious. At first, I just thought that Danny might have a hoarding issue or never wanted to lose the paper in case something terrible happened. Thanks for a good belly laugh.
Im impressed with the windowed bathroom, that is quite the luxury for any apartment in New York City.
Laura,
Danny is not only creative but what an organizer! There is no way you could get that much toilet paper in any bathroom unless one got creative like Danny!
