Feeling Lucky anyone??: Feng Shui Long Island NY Consultant explores Atlantic City NJ
Do we have any risk takers in the house? For part of this weekend I traveled to Atlantic City New Jersey to try my luck in the gambling world...let us just say my friend Jennifer is much better at probability guessing :) As you travel towards NJ Atlantic City and see the glistening lights your eyes and mind begin to fill will thoughts of endless possibilities, what if I really do win that 1,000,000 dollars!

Traveling from New York City the distance in time it is about a 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive, depending on traffic. There are some great places to eat, shop, dance and of course play games. My two friends and I ended up exploring, Caesars and Ballys Casinos.

It was a very exciting and fun visit and even more interesting meeting the individuals who spend time at AC in New Jersey. If you travel this way make sure to bring enough to try your luck, but do not spend it all in one place :)

Laura, glad you had a fun time, hope you turned out a winner! I have/nt gone this year but your photos bring back fun memories.
Laura, did you win anything? I remember visiting a couple of casinos in Atlantic City when we went to visit my husband's uncle in NYC quite a few years ago.
Hi Laura...I hope you win that Million Dollars you are talking about...Wow won't that be Cool :O))
Have a Great time !
Laura, It looks like you had fun! I'm not a gambler so it would be totally lost on me but I'm sure I would like looking at the architecture.
Laura ~ I haven't been to Atlantic City in years. I love the photos and hearing about your adventure. Glad you took some great photos... It was interesting to see how it looks today.
I wonder if you can somehow use Feng Shui to move your luck in a certain direction?
Hi Laura... On of my favorite memories is a road trip we took from Washington, DC to Atlantic City during my freshman year in college. Looks like you had fun there!
Laura, as long as you had fun! We live about the same travel time to Las Vegas. It is fun just to go and see!
Laura, very neat night photos. You did good...
I love Atlantic City! I'm a slot girl. No tables. I hope you won some money at least :)
On the rare occasions I've hit AC or other casinos, I have $XX to spend on my entertainment - gambling, eating, whatever. No expectation of winnings, just a fun outing. Clearly you enjoyed your visit, Laura.
Ellen, Glad the photos can bring back happy memories :) It was a fun mini trip, I am not much for the whole gambling scene, the company of friends is really why I went...good times :)
Rita, I won a good cup of coffee, we'll put it that way haha :)
Fred, I wish! our friend won around $400, not to shabby :)
Marchel, that is the other aspect of Atlantic city that I do enjoy, is the architecture and the lights at night, very fun :)
Joan, Yes I am not sure what the past AC looked like, but it seems to be pretty well kept :)
Jane, that is a good question and I actually tried to analyze the probability with that concept. Interestingly enough the game we spent time at was all about guessing what number would be called. I figured numbers of threes and nines would come up the most, sticking to the Feng Shui auspicious numbers. The number 3 was ruling the table all night! I should have played earlier in the game because eventually the energy shifted...but I do believe there is a way. Also with how you approach the game, if you have confidence, which some did I noticed they won much more then those who showed none, they believed they would win and did :)
Steve, that must have been one crazy fun trip :) We sure did!
Tony and Darcy, some day I would love to check out Las Vegas, not so much for the gambling but as you mentioned to explore :)
Micheal, Thank you very much, I love night photos. I also saw a pink moon that night, so beautiful!
Jackie, ya tables do not seem to treat me well, slots will be next in line :)
Irene, yes it was very fun! I loved the hotel we stayed at too, Road trips :)
Huh, that's interesting.
We go over to the Pier shops at Caesars- good restaurants there also !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jane, all in how you approach the game...the game of life ;)
Michael J, I am a huge fan a great food and cute small shops, any recommendations of places to eat at :)
Laura, Delightful recap of Atlantic City and good list of free or reasonable things to do.
