As a Feng Shui Consultant in New York it is always a pleasure to receive a call from a Builder who wants to make sure the buildings he is creating have Good Feng Shui.
Feng Shui and New Construction is not new in New York but it can be a challenge. Feng Shui Consultants check (and double check) so many things for a Builder. We look at Site Selection first. With a limited amount of space for new Buildings, we access the sizes and the ground for Geopathic Stress.

Hi Carole. I learn something new from you all the time. Didn't even know about new construction on Feng Shui.
How cool that must be to start with nothing but dirt and an idea and then incorporate your Feng Shui expertise into what will someday be somebody's home.
It must be equally as gratifying to see the end results.
This is fascinating! Carole, I'd love to sit with you for a week and just watch you work.
This is great! We work with a number of builders, none of whom use Feng Shui but I wish they would. We see a lot of homes out there that are new but not necessarily well planned and that just don't "feel right".
Can't wait to see the final product Carole. So exciting to see something come to life that you had a hand in design and direction.
