Mercury Retrograde is Here From January 5th - 25th, 2016

Oooo no! It's that dreaded Mercury Retrograde again! Please keep in mind, this is nothing to fear. If anything, it provides us with the opportunity to reflect and release objects, habits and connections to those that no longer serve our highest good.

Typically, electronics and mis-communication with others are high on the list of "symptoms." The best advice to share, be clear as possible when speaking with others (take your time and have patience). Be mindful of your own thoughts and do your best to keep them POSITIVE. We are in the first month of the new year, which means there is a faster manifestation process. Have a sense of humor and do not take things so seriously.

If anything, this is a time to create new resolutions and intentions, prepare your home and self to welcome in those new beginnings.
