Feng Shui Advice: Avoid the Poison of others (Energy Vampires)
Energy is such an amazing metaphysical experience, it's so simple yet so complex. Those who are able to tap into their own energy and the energy of others always need to take precautions as not to be poised by their negative influences.
This can come in various forms. For some it can be presented with what you see such as with body language and images. Another way is being surrounded by certain people who present a huge drain on you which will extend into your physical being, such as with being abused. I think an even more serious form of drain is having metal and emotional negativity, such as degrading or manipulating comments thrown in your direction.
Energy drain can come from any environment and even people. This includes family, friends, your boyfriend or girlfriend, co-workers, there really is no exception to the rule.
How do you know if you are being drained?
Being around a certain location or person (groups) you may feel depressed, un-inspired, not supported, defensive, simply you just don't want to be in that given location or around those specific people.
If that is the case, then it's best to take a break from that pattern of life. There is nothing wrong with that. It will allow you to re-group yourself and thoughts so when faced with the situation again, you know exactly how to handle it and move forward.
