After moving into a new home or apartment or perhaps you have been there for many years consider these 3 quick tips to help energize your home.
1. Light candles or use fake candles to ignite warm new energy.
2. Burning sage, incense or natural oils is another great way to shift the energy through aroma therapy. If you try this approach, you do not have to burn an entire bundle of white sage, it could be a leaf or two. Naturally, be mindful of allergies and if you are sensitive, this may not be the best option.
3. Opening the windows after moving in (weather permitting) is a great and simple way to 'air' out stagnant energy.
