Cutting Corners to Create 'Feng Shui-ied' Real Estate Development Projects

To claim a new real estate development project that has been 'Feng Shui-ied,' while developer's know they never hired a certified consultant, is a huge strike on integrity and trust with occupants seeking to move into that location.

Is this bad luck?  I am in no position to say.  But, word to the wise, the truth will always come to the surface. Feng Shui is a spiritually based energy practice, not to be misused with intentions to deceive, manipulate and take advantage of.

When it comes to real estate development projects, Feng Shui is an art and science that requires a collaborative environment between architect, Interior designer, the marketing / PR team and Feng Shui consultant. There are so many Feng Shui details that go into the beginning, mid and final stages of  the developmental process.

Some developers may be interested in just interrogating some aspects of Feng Shui into the project and if that is the case, let it be known and choose your descriptive words wisely.

If you are interested in going 100%, it's not worth cutting corners.
