Whether you are reading my blog posts or other Feng Shui related posts, you will commonly see the word Ch'i. What does that mean? Some could say there is no direct translation of this word, but the closest could refer to life force, energy, vital energy and Qi as to name a few name references.
Essentially Ch'i in Eastern philosophy is said to animate the principles of life. As humans, we are in constant connection to this un-seen force. Chi' acts as a kind of interface between the material world, and the non- material world.
In China, residents practice Tai Chi daily, as this means of movement meditation and origin of Kung-Fu is said to replenish Ch'i that has been drained from your body.
